ConsumerAffairs has been around for over 20 years and has continued to add new categories, brands reviews, and educational guides to their site. However, their site was hard to navigate, so their users missed out on all the resources they offered. The site was also in need a fresh new look, so I infused their branding throughout the templates to bring more life and trustworthiness into their site. Between the site architecture changes and design refresh, we saw a significate drop in bounce rate and a higher clickthrough rate on the site.
